My doctor service

My doctor service provides security for the future and guarantees a continuous care relationship with a familiar doctor and nurse.

My doctor service starts with a home visit by your own doctor and your own nurse. At the first reception, a health/disease survey is performed, laboratory tests are taken and a treatment plan is drawn up. All this in your own home.

Next, you agree together with the doctor how your health will be monitored in the future. The nurse's home visits can be repeated, for example, once a day, once a week, once a month, once every six months or once a year. The nurse reports on your health to your own doctor, who can call you if necessary, make medication changes and referrals, or come to you for a home visit.

The doctor's services are billed as needed, so you don't pay for nothing and you get the appointments related to the illness to be reimbursed by the health fund or health insurance. The only regular fee is the office and supplies fee of €16.00/month, which includes direct calls and messages to your nurse as well as standard, office and supplies fees. As a customer of the My Doctor service, you get -20% off the prices of TerveysLoika's doctor's services for doctor's appointments and consultations. Kela also receives direct reimbursement from doctor's offices when an illness is treated at the office.

The price of a nurse's home visit is €49.90/visit. The nurse helps you treat the disease and promote your health with lifestyle guidance and health coaching.

Customers belonging to Repola's employees' health fund can receive direct compensation from the fund through us, when the appointment is related to the treatment of an illness.

Walkia's health fund also replaces our services. You first pay for the services yourself and apply for compensation afterwards. We help in making compensation applications.

You can also receive compensation from your health insurance for doctor's office fees and examinations and treatments prescribed by a doctor, according to the terms of your own insurance company.
